Products
Cilia 3D Prints creates 3D-printed products, accessories, automotive upgrades and customised products. Because products are manufactured using 3D-printing processes, minor layer lines, surface texture and small cosmetic variations can occur. These characteristics are normal to the process and are not necessarily defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent products as accurately as possible. Minor colour differences may occur due to materials, production batches, lighting and display settings.
Product options
Options selected before adding a product to the cart form part of the order. Depending on the product, these may include Cilia Tap One/Duo/Trio, primary and secondary colours, NFC tile selections, Left Hand Drive/Right Hand Drive, size and quantity. Please review all selected options before payment.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euro (€). Product prices, delivery charges and any taxes that are applicable to the order are shown before payment.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal. Available methods may include PayPal, debit or credit card, and supported digital wallets. Cilia 3D Prints does not directly store full debit or credit card details.
Orders
After an order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided at checkout. We may contact you where additional information is needed to produce, personalise or deliver your order. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and arrange the appropriate refund.
Delivery and collection
Available delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout. Malta customers may be offered Free Local Pickup or Local Courier delivery. International orders are offered using a tracked delivery service where available. Please see our Shipping & Collection Policy for details.
Custom and personalised work
Products made specifically to a customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised for that customer may be subject to different cancellation rights from standard products. We will identify this where relevant before the order is placed. Standard catalogue choices such as an ordinary colour, Cilia Tap size or standard NFC tile are not treated as personalised merely because the customer selected them.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights available under Maltese or other applicable consumer law, including rights relating to goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract.
