We keep delivery simple: free collection in Malta, local courier delivery, and tracked international delivery.

Free Local Pickup – Malta

Customers in Malta can choose free local pickup where this option is available at checkout. When your order is ready, we will contact you with the collection details and arrange a suitable collection time.

Local Courier – Malta

Malta orders can be delivered directly to the delivery address entered at checkout. The delivery charge is calculated from the packed order weight using our current local delivery rate and is shown before payment.

Tracked International Delivery

International shipping is calculated automatically at checkout using the destination country, packed order weight and the available tracked delivery service. The total delivery charge is always shown before payment.

Cilia Tap additional tiles

Additional standard Cilia Tap tiles ordered together with a Cilia Tap stand do not add extra shipping weight. Standalone tile orders are calculated using their packed weight.

Tracking

Where tracking is provided, the tracking number will be emailed after dispatch and will also appear with the order information where available.

Production and delivery estimates

Many products are produced or prepared after an order is placed. Production time may therefore apply before dispatch, particularly for customised items. Delivery estimates shown at checkout relate to the delivery service after dispatch and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

International customs and import charges

Orders sent outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states that such charges have been collected, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
